Returns & Refunds
If for some unfortunate reason you are unsatisfied with your order, no need to worry, we're going to help you sort it out.
Within 14 days of receiving your item you will be able to return the products to us in appropriate circumstances, for a cash refund, store credit refund or an exchange.
On sale items or discounted have a 10-day return window.
We've made it easy for you to return your products to you. To request a refund, visit our returns center. Once there, enter your email address and order number to begin the process.
You can select each item you wish to return. You must specify a reason for returning the item and choose your desired remedy. You can also attach pictures of the item in question if needed.
If this page is not working for you, please send an email to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Your First & Last Name
- Your Order Number
- Your Email Address
- Reason For Return
- The Items You Wish To Return
- Your prefered remedy
To be eligible for a return you:
- Must ensure we have received the product within 14 days* following dispatch for un-tracked orders or 14 days after receiving for tracked orders.
- The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached, and in perfect selling condition.
- You must have a proof of purchase (an order confirmation email is fine)
- You must have a valid return reason
Some valid return reasons are:
- The item I received is in poor/bad condition
- The item I received was incorrect
- The item I received was not as described
- I ordered the wrong size/fit too small (for exchanges only)
- I don't like the item I received (store credit refund only)
Please note this list is not exhaustive. Other reasons may or may not be considered valid for a return.
All shipping fees paid are final and will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for shipping any products ordered back to us.
Once we receive your request for a refund, a customer support representative will review it and determine whether it is in line with our policies.
If your request for a return is approved, you will have to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will go ahead with your chosen remedy.
If a return is disapproved, we will let you know the reason why. You may submit two additional requests for refunds within a 3-day grace period.
1. CASH REFUND
You will be refunded the amount paid excluding any taxes, duties or shipping costs to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process, depending on your card issuers policies.
2. STORE REFUND
Some returns may only be eligible for a store credit refund. In this case, you will be given a gift card with the value of your order (minus any additional charges) which you can use for any future purchases from our store.
You may also exchange your item for another item in our store. You will have to send your item back to us with tracking. Once we receive the item or can confirm it's on the way, your chosen item will be dispatched to you (if in stock).
