Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
Update (27/10/20) – Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, and the high volume of orders placed, there will be some significant delays in processing times. All customers who have placed an order will be notified of when they can expect to recieve thier items. We apologise for any inconviences caused.
All orders are processed (on average) within 5-10 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends.
During busy periods, shipments may be slightly delayed and take longer than usual. In this circumstance, please allow for additional days in transit after dispatch.
A customer service representative will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in processing for your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders are dispatched from Dublin, Ireland. We currently ship to Ireland, United Kingdom, Europe and North America.
Non-domestic orders may require additional processing time.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Small, domestic orders will not have any tracking unless specified otherwise. All international orders, and larger domestic orders, will include a tracking link on your order confirmation page.

Times vary by location. On average, domestic orders arrive within 1-3 working days from dispatch.

CUSTOMS, DUITES AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees applied during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping courier for assistance.
Do reserve all packaging materials and damaged goods as-received before filing a claim.
BACKORDERS
"Backorders" refer to items that a purchased, while it is out of stock. Back-ordered items usually take slightly longer to ship; as they are shipped as soon as the item is back in stock.
Dispatch times for back-orders vary, each depends on when the item is re-stocked. The time (in most circumstances) only differs by a matter of days. In extreme circumstances .i.e. high demand, this difference could be a matter of weeks but nothing longer.
If you order a back-ordered item, you will be notified within 1-2 working days of estimated shipping date.
